Welcome to our Winter Programme for Meeting 4 Dinner, please find below details for the forthcoming events for the rest of the year. I am introducing a couple of events which should appeal to both new and current members. Due to a booking at the Hilton Treetops, there will be no event on 19 August as previously stated on the website.

I will be starting this month with a great venue at Hilton Treetops for a dinner/dance, an evening with Gary Mullen - A Night of Queen. The tickets are limited for this event so please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to attend. Please note that Hilton Treetops are offering bed & breakfast at the rate of £39 per night for members who wish to stay over. You will have to contact the hotel direct on 313377 to book accommodation. I have also booked a Halloween evening dinner and dance at the Altens Thistle for Saturday 29 October, best costume gets a prize! The hotel is also providing excellent deals for bed and breakfast so please let me know so I can book accordingly.

At each event except for the dinner & dance at Hilton Treetops and Thistle Altens Hotels, Meeting 4 Dinner will provide a welcome drink for all members. Any drinks during the meal or afterwards is to be paid by the individual. Total cost is £40 per event.

  • THURSDAY 24 NOVEMBER @ 7.30pm - THE STAGE DOOR, SOUTH SILVER STREET, ABERDEEN

Below are details of new events which are planned for the first part of 2012. Details will be supplied in the New Year.

  • January 2012 - BURNS NIGHT
  • February 2012 - ALTERNATIVE VALENTINES NIGHT
  • March 2012 - MAD HATTER'S TEA PARTY (Afternoon)

To confirm a place for any of the above venues can you please email me to reserve a place and forward a deposit of £20 or you can pay the full amount by cheque/postal order for each event made out to M Haxton and post to the following address.
