Hello Member

Due to personal reasons and with much regret, I have made the hard decision to leave Meeting 4 Dinner after the event at the Stage Door next Thursday week (17, May 2012). I will be retiring from mainstream employment and wish at this time to pursue other opportunities.

If any member is interested in taking over the business can they please contact me in the first instance. All enquiries and responses will be treated with the utmost confidence.

I would like to thank all members for your continued support over the past 3 years. I have made many friends over my time as Meeting 4 Dinner Hostess and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I feel very privileged to have met such wonderful people and I wish every success for Meeting 4 Dinner under new hands.

Welcome to our new programme and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year and best wishes for 2012. I apologise for the delay in updating this newsletter but I have been out of commission over the last week with a badly sprained ankle. Much improved now and raring to go!

I was hoping to organise an event for January but unfortunately all venues were booked for Burns Supper event. However, please find below details for the forthcoming events from February to April.

A welcome drink will be provided upon arrival for all members. Any drinks during the meal or afterwards is to be paid by the individual. Total cost is £40 per event which includes a welcome drink, 3 course meal with coffee.

Due to a commitment l will be unable to host the dinner at The Stage Door on Thursday, 26 April. However, I will change the date to Thursday, 17 May at the same time of 7.30pm. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hopefully you can make the amended date. Please let me know by email if you can attend so I can reserve you a place.

To confirm a place for any of the above venues can you please email me to reserve a place and forward a deposit of £20 or you can pay the full amount by cheque/postal order for each event made out to M Haxton and post to the following address.
