Dear All

Many apologies for not updating the website sooner, this summer I have taken a longer break than anticipated. Below are Meeting 4 Dinner's social calendar for Autumn / Winter 2010. All the events listed below are 3 course dinners at a cost of £40. The event at Maryculter House Hotel will be £50, this will be a Murder Mystery evening with a 4 course meal. At each event, Meeting 4 Dinner will provide a welcome drink for all members. Any drinks during the meal or afterwards is to be paid by the individual.

Please find below the dates and venues for the next 4 dinners. I have also pencilled in 2 possible dates for walks and if there is enough interest we will go ahead with the arrangements. The price will be £20 which will include a pub lunch after the walk. If any member has an alternative for a route for a walk please let me know.

Payment

Going forward a Business Paypal System will be installed on the website to give members the option to pay online rather than send a deposit via mail and pay on the night. Confirmation when the system is in place to follow.

To confirm a place for any of the above venues can you please email me to reserve a place and forward a deposit of £20 by cheque for each event made out to M Haxton and post to the following address.
